Grades

The sole source for “Final” grades shall be e-campus. Only e-campus final grades shall be considered official and any changes to a students’ record must be in compliance with 8.56.10.

Grades listed in the WebCT system is not considered official. Contact your  instructor if there is any discrepancy in grades between the WebCT and the e-Campus system.

Guest registrants and students auditing a WebCT course will not have official/unofficial transcript information available from the universities e-campus system. Only those students officially registered by the university (see 8.33.10 ). A grade may not be received for a course for which a student is not officially registered as of the last day of classes for a semester. (see 8.35.10) An auditor's name shall not appear on official class rosters, on the grade report or on the permanent academic record.
