Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

For work orders for moves, rigging, special events, and/or disposals, we will work together with your department to provide the necessary information and supplies (i.e. boxes, tape, etc.). We will also coordinate with the moving companies times, dates, and department priorities.

For very large or extremely heavy or sensitive equipment we will coordinate with your department and the riggers for dates, times, and priorities.

Coordinate and oversee Support Services Aspects (i.e. tents, tables, chairs, podiums, ferns) of major special events (i.e. Commencement, Convocation, Centennial Scholar Day, Meet the University, Freshman & Family Orientation, Thank You Day, etc.)
