Welcome to the URI Providence Campus Graduate Study in Clinical Laboratory Science.
This program trains entry level medical laboratory practitioners in cytotechnology. Cytotechnologists perform a variety of lab tests, including molecular biology methods, to diagnose cancers and other diseases. The program is accredited and prepares students to sit for the national certification examination and for licensure by state health departments.
