Performance Improvement Certificate Program
Beyond Training: Performance Improvement
“It is an immutable law in business that words are words, explanations are explanations, promises are promises, but only performance is reality.” Harold S. Geneen
Performance is defined as a combination of behaviors and outcomes where every action and decision of those who do the work impacts the bottom line.
This program will examine Personal Performance and Business Performance and how these areas affect business improvement. The “status quo” or traditional solutions are no longer acceptable. Can you navigate in what has become the” new norm” for organizations? Is your company leading and managing its way through a crisis, realigning departments, consolidating or outsourcing services, moving into global markets, or steering through an economic drought? You, the employee, can provide solutions to the challenges facing your business. Are you ready to “stretch” yourself, to re-examine how you do work, to capitalize on the energy that change brings, or be willing to explore solutions and create opportunities you’ve never considered before?
Let us work with you to develop a new framework of “performance” thinking. Employers still need to invest in YOU, their employee. Similarly, when was the last time YOU invested in yourself?
This program is facilitated by skilled and experienced practitioners, who use your real life applications, in their highly interactive seminars.
The complete Performance Improvement Certificate Program registration cost is $1260.00 and it includes course materials and free parking. Sessions will meet at the University of Rhode Island Providence Campus, 80 Washington Street, Providence, RI 02903.
We can customize and deliver this program for your organization.
