3D Animation
Our 3D animation program was established in 2003 with financial support from Champlin Foundations and has covered various topics over the years that span from Resistance of the Cancer Drug Iressa, to Mechanism of the Antidepressant Prozac. It has become a collaborative effort between faculty and students to produce educational tools to facilitate the explanation of complex topics to their peers.
Below are some examples of animations created by URI students and faculty. To see more, please visit our YouTube channel. Note that our YouTube clips have been viewed and used to educate students all over the world, and we're getting close to one million views! It's just one more way that we Think Big at URI.
