PeopleSoft and Samba Application Maintenance

Network Maintenance

On Saturday, April 7th from 6:00 A.M until 1:00 P.M. the University Network will be down in the following buildings: Ryan Center, Boss Arena, Independence Square, Fernwood Agronomy, Safety & Risk and Lands & Grounds. Some users will not be able to access the network during this time. Please direct any questions or concerns to the ITS HelpDesk at (401) 874-HELP.
eCampus & HR Database Maintenance

eCampus and eCampus HR will undergo regular system maintenance on Sunday, April 1st from 9:00 A.M until 11:00 A.M. Some users might not be able to log-in during this time. Please direct any questions or concerns to the ITS HelpDesk at (401) 874-HELP.
Virus Clinics
During the academic semester, the Help Desk runs free virus clinics weeknights from 6pm to 9pm, Saturday from 11am to 1pm, and Sunday from 2pm to 5pm. There are a limited number of appointments per session and sessions may be completely booked weeks in advance. Call 401-874-4357 and speak to a consultant to make an appointment.
You will need to bring your computer along with any special power cables and operating system CDs to the lower level of the library (LL19) for your appointment. You do not need to bring the monitor, mouse, or keyboard. Prompt arrival is requested as virus clinics often require the full three hours. You must stay with your machine during this time.
