How to Apply

Applications are not reviewed until all materials are received by the Department for which you are applying. Please have all your materials sent directly to the Department. For a list of Department websites click here.

The materials include:

• A completed Application for Admission (online only)
• Application fee of $50 (online payment preferred)
• Personal Statement (included in the online application)
• Official College Transcript(s) (sent by the institution)
• Letters of Recommendation (included in the online application, but may be mailed in using the following form click here
• Certificate of Residency (if applying for in-state, or regional tuition. For more information click instate or regional)
• Individual Departments may require additional materials. Please contact your department directly for more information. For a list of deparment phone numbers click here.

International Students only must also produce:

• Official TOEFL Scores (these MUST be sent electronically by the testing service)
• Official English translation of College Transcript(s)
• Certificate of Financial Responsibility, for more information click here

Please Note:

• Please DO NOT submit more than one application for same degree program.

• Certificate programs do not require an application fee.  Please disregard requests for application fee when applying online.
