Welcome to the Maintenance & Repair website!
Our M&R staff operate, maintain and repair all academic, administrative, athletic buildings and dormitories on campus, including the associated utility systems and infrastructure. This includes electrical, heating ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, water, steam, sanitary/storm drainage, carpentry, paint, locksmith and automotive maintenance functions.
