Currently scheduled sessions are listed below. To sign up for a class or for more information, email Paula Murray at pmurray@uri.edu. Registration is required for these courses! Student, Graduate, and Internal Payroll Processing Sessions Departments are responsible for hiring their student, graduate assistant, and internal employees by entering their information directly into PeopleSoft. Learn what is needed to enter employee information into the system and how you know the appointment is approved. At the end of each course, you should be able to enter job and I-9 information, create contracts, set up Web-based time entry, verify and enter salary distribution information, and know which appointments should be processed on an Internal Payroll (IP-1) form for all URI in-house payroll employees.
