Fitness Workshops

Wellness is often defined as the absence of disease. It should be viewed as a higher level of well-being. Working towards developing all these areas will help you establish a more balanced life.

There are 7 dimensions of wellness:

  • Spiritual
  • Occupational
  • Intellectual
  • Environmental
  • Emotional
  • Social
  • Physical

Each semester a schedule of free workshops will be available through Recreational Services.

We offer FREE one-on-one consultations to all members. You will meet with a nationally certified lifestyle consultant who will provide you with a plan to reach your fitness/wellness goal in a realistic, healthy, and effective manner.

Upon request, the Fitness/Wellness staff is available to provide specialty workshops for residence halls, University groups, your office, etc.. Call 874-2822 for more details.
