The Whispering Pines Conference Center is located in the heart of 2,300 acres of forests, lakes and streams in West Greenwich , Rhode Island . We are part of the W. At Whispering Pines Conference Center , meeting participants will be able to do what you want them to do… “think.” Our peaceful country estate is a distraction-free environment that ensures your ability to focus on what's important. But these kinds of meetings should not be without their share of team-building fun, and our facility offers a full range of sports and recreational activities for groups to enjoy. You can launch canoes, take to trails, pick up a game of basketball, volleyball or tennis; or keep it low key in an afternoon tournament of horseshoes or bocce.

One place everyone becomes familiar with is our 1,600 square foot mahogany deck on the shores of Lake Eisenhower . Throughout the day and into the evening, your group will convene here to dine, break and socialize. As night wears on, a lakeside campfire calls. Roasting marshmallows and making s'mores will bring you and your associates back to carefree childhood memories as you sit and get to know the members of your group on a more personal level.

Whispering Pines is a full featured conference venue. We offer overnight accommodations for 64 people, four conference rooms that can host meetings from 18 to 100 guests, high-speed internet access, and all necessary audio/visual equipment to support a productive meeting. We are open year round, so any month of the year is a great time to plan your conference, meeting, or team-building event. During the colder months, the fieldstone fireplaces in each of our lodges are great areas to enjoy a roaring fire and visit with your guests as the snow falls.
