
Mission: To provide youth with exciting learning
experiences in the natural environment which lead to a heightened
sense of responsibility towards improving the quality of life on our
planet.
Preserved Land: The 2,300-acre campus adjoins one of the largest tracts of undeveloped land in
Southern New England including the 40,000 acres of the Arcadia and
Pachaug State Forests.

Science
Study nature up close in a beautiful setting. Students
learn about the living and non-living parts of ecosystems and
how they interact.

History, archaeology, and farming come alive as students
explore the how humans have influenced and been influenced by
the land.

Adventure
Students gain confidence through problem solving activities, a
visit to a challenge course, learning map and compass skills
and applying wilderness skills.

Programs
When the sun sets, the adventures continue as students go on
night hikes, learn about the stars, participate in campfires
or other evening programs.
